Delivery and payment
The site accepts requests for OWEN equipment and sends them to Owen Asia LLP for processing. Final price, availability, delivery time and payment terms are confirmed in a quotation, invoice or contract under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Request processing
The buyer adds products to the cart or sends a message through the contact form. After processing the request, a manager confirms modifications, quantity, delivery city, company details and required timing.
Submitting a request on the site does not automatically create a purchase agreement. Obligations arise after essential order terms are confirmed and an invoice, contract or other agreed document is issued.
Delivery
Delivery across Kazakhstan and Central Asia is available after order confirmation. Delivery method, shipping cost, estimated timing and the party responsible for delivery costs are specified in the quotation, invoice or contract.
If an item is supplied to order, production and delivery time is calculated separately for the selected modification.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice after order confirmation. Currency, banking details, amount, tax terms and quote validity are fixed in the invoice or contract.
For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, payment, delivery and acceptance terms may also be regulated by contract.
