Specifications, images, availability, timing and prices are provided for preliminary equipment selection. Before purchase, parameters of the specific modification are confirmed in a quotation, invoice or contract.
If site information differs from an agreed quotation, invoice or contract, the signed or accepted document prevails unless this conflicts with Kazakhstan law.
Requests
Submitting a form on the site does not automatically create a purchase agreement. An order is considered agreed after the parties confirm terms including item list, quantity, price, timing, payment and delivery procedure.
