Returns, exchanges and warranty service are reviewed under the terms of the specific delivery and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including consumer protection law.
Returns and exchanges
Return or exchange requests are reviewed after the buyer provides an invoice or request number, reason description and, if needed, photos of the product, packaging and documents.
Goods of proper quality may be accepted for exchange or return if unused, with marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, completeness and proof of purchase preserved, unless otherwise provided by Kazakhstan law or contract.
Defective goods are reviewed separately. The buyer may make claims provided by Kazakhstan law, including repair, replacement, proportional price reduction or refund where applicable.
Made-to-order goods
Equipment manufactured or supplied to an individual order, non-standard configuration, agreed specification or rare modification is not returnable due to refusal of goods of proper quality, unless this conflicts with Kazakhstan law.
This limitation does not cancel the buyer right to make claims for defective goods, mismatch with the agreed specification, completeness issues or warranty obligations.
Warranty
Warranty requests are accepted with delivery documents and a fault description. Repair, replacement or another resolution is determined after diagnostics, considering manufacturer terms, contract terms and Kazakhstan law.
